Professor Jo-Anne Murray has been appointed to the position of Assistant Vice-Principal (Digital Education), from 1st November 2017 for 3 years.

Professor Jo-Anne Murray has been appointed to the position of Assistant Vice-Principal (Digital Education), from 1st November 2017 for 3 years.

This is a new position, to support the University, in taking forward the development of online distance learning programme development.

Jo-Anne has wide-ranging experience in leading and contributing to the development of distance learning at College and University level and has been a key contributor to the Blended and Online Learning Development Project (BOLD).

Frank Coton said: “I am delighted to have Jo-Anne’s support as Assistant Vice-Principal in taking forward this very important initiative for the University. She has already shown leadership in the development of the MVLS online portfolio and I am sure she will do a great job for the University.”

This is a part-time position and Jo-Anne will also continue in her current roles in the College of Medicine, Veterinary Medicine and Life Sciences.
