Information Services invite staff to input into future provision

Information Services are conducting a review of the University’s telephony system and need staff input to help inform future provision.

Launching the staff questionnaire, Professor Frank Coton, Vice Principal (Academic & Educational Innovation), said: “The scope for this telephony review has been drawn in the widest possible terms, looking not just at the current system but also at new, innovative and emerging technologies. The intention is to provide a state-of-the-art communications platform which meets current requirements while enabling collaboration and flexibility for staff, students and partner organisations. The staff questionnaire will help assess current usage and begin to map out some options for the future.”

The questionnaire is available now and staff are encouraged to provide their responses. A number of workshops and focus groups will be held later this month.
