Colleagues have until 30 September to complete PDR
This is a reminder that the annual Performance and Development Review (PDR) cycle for 2022 runs from July* 2022 until today, 30 September 2022.
PDR is an opportunity to reflect on our individual contributions to our shared University goals, as well as our personal and career development, engagement, and wellbeing at work.
Since the Principal opened this years’ cycle several colleagues have benefited from the opportunity for reflection that the PDR conversation offers. If your PDR meeting has not yet been arranged, then please contact your line manager as soon as possible.
If you have already had your PDR conversation, remember to complete and sign off the PDR form in the PDR system.
*Colleagues within the college of MVLS: the 2022 PDR system opened slightly later to reflect the new College shape.
