Important notice for users of the Boyd Orr Building

Find out about weekend power shut-downs scheduled for August, the first one this coming weekend. Do you have critical systems or power-dependent experiments?
Users of the Boyd Orr Building are advised that it is proposed to have a one-hour shutdown of power in the Boyd Orr Building on Sunday, August 13 between 9am and 10am. This will be followed by a nine-hour power shutdown on Sunday, August 20, from 08.00-17.00. These power shutdowns are essential for the relocation of the High Voltage (HV) transformer on Level 1 as part of the refurbishment works in the building.
