Binding: Scotland, 19th-century brown morocco decorated with double blind fillets;  gold-tooled spine; marbled endpapers;  gilt-edged leaves;  blue silk bookmark; binder’s ticket on free front endpaper “J. Carss & Co. Bookbinders, 31 Argyle Street, Glasgow.”   Size:  195 x 135 mm.
