Binding: England, 20th-century.   Rebound by Douglas Cockerell and Son, Aug. 1966, in quarter vellum with black ink spine title, marbled paper sides;  replacing damaged paper covers;  four vellum index tabs preserved;  binder’s note tipped onto rear pastedown.   Size:  217 x 151 mm.

Annotations: Brief 17th-century annotations in Latin on c1r, e4v and e6r;  occasional underlining on e6r, m1r, m4v and m5v.
