Decoration: Text area enclosed within double red ink rules and lines of text separated by red ink rules throughout;  initials, paragraph marks and capital strokes supplied in red throughout;  occasional line fillers in red;  running headings supplied in red throughout (but with some gaps);  “regulae” numbered with roman numerals in red ink from 1/1v to 2/2r (f.12r).
