Binding: 20th-century blind-tooled red morocco, with new endpapers and flyleaves;  rebound and restored by Anthony Gardner, Oct. 1967 (with his apologia on rear free endpaper); replacing a quarter leather binding with marbled-paper boards of unrecorded date.   Size:  192 x 140 mm.

Annotations: 15th/16th-century manuscript foliation:  1-34;  three brief marginal annotations in Latin (15th/16th century) on e6v;  obliterated inscription on lower margin of a4r.
