Annotations: Occasional “nota” marks;  traces of an erased inscription on 2/1r (f. 5r);  pencil number “E161” on rear pastedown;  19th-century biographical references to Gafurius tipped-in at front.

Imperfections: Wanting 6/4 and 6/5 (ff. 40 and 41) and the final blank leaf;  one large wormhole throughout affecting text.
