Binding: England, 17th-century blind-tooled calf (rebacked);  covers decorated with a triple blind-fillet border, a lozenge-shaped floral tool at each inner corner;  sprinkled red and brown-edged leaves;  without pastedowns;  loosely inserted at rear is a printed leaf (printer’s waste?) with running title ‘De decem praecept. Philonis Iudaei’ (pp. 81-2).   Size:  200 x 139 mm.

Annotations: Traces of early manuscript ink foliation “62” to “125” (i.e. continuing the manuscript foliation of the first item in the volume);  frequent marginal annotations in a 15th/16th-century hand.

Imperfections: Wanting the blank leaves c6 and h8.
