Binding: England, 18th-century blind-tooled mottled calf;  covers decorated with double-fillet border and with a central panel formed by a double fillet, with a floral ornament at each outer corner;  green and red marbled-edged leaves;  rebacked 19th/20th century in plain calf.  Size:  307 x 195 mm.
Leaf size: 300 x 192 mm.
Annotations: Early marginal annotations in Latin in red ink on a2r;  marginal annotation in English in a 17th-century hand in black ink in “De curatione fluxus sanguinis” on d2r;  marginal annotations in Latin in a 16th-century hand in black ink in “Tractatus de ulceribus" on d3, in "De vulneribus capitis” on l3v, and in "De ulceribus inguinis" on o2v-o3r;  frequent keywords added in margins of Tabula (y8-10);  occasional underlining;  faulty printed foliation corrected by hand and folio numbers omitted by printer added;  18th-century price “-7-6” in pencil on front flyleaf.
