Annotations: Occasional early marginal annotations and a lengthy annotation in a  15th/16th-century hand on a1r referring to the Secunda secundae partis of the Summa theologica of Aquinas;  early manuscript book numbers visible in the extreme top right-hand corner of many leaves in gatherings a-g;  frequent marginal annotations, underlining, and “nota” marks in a 17th-century hand, probably by Charles Lumisden, who has also supplied some running book numbers and an erroneous pagination “1”-“236” with gaps.
