Binding: 18th-century buff-coloured paper covers;  paper-backed spine (now mostly missing);  dark green-edged leaves.   Size:  331 x 237 mm.

Annotations: Occasional marginal annotations in a 16th-century hand;  foliated in an early hand “1”-“181” from a2 to y6, and with copious references to that foliation in the Table of contents (A2-5).
Decoration: Crude attempts to supply two initials in blue and white on m2.
