Annotations: Copious marginal annotations in Italian in a 16th-century hand, almost all heavily washed out, in Inferno and Purgatorio (less frequent in Paradiso);  on d6 an apparent attempt to obscure portions of the marginalia with a wash of blue ink;  similarly on l4r where marginalia and imperfectly printed line endings, supplied in manuscript in col. 2, have also been obscured;  occasional “nota” marks and pointing hands.
Decoration: None.
Imperfections: Wanting the blank leaves ā1 and PP12.
