Binding: Marbled boards, vellum spine, by Douglas Cockerell & Son, Aug. 1966 (with binder’s note tipped onto rear pastedown);  previously unbound.   Size:  210 x 150 mm.

Annotations: Final leaf of each of the eleven gatherings numbered in an early hand on verso at lower inner corner “p[rimus]”, “2[us]”, “3[us]” etc.

Imperfections: Tear in 10/8 (f.80) with loss of text.
