Electronic Document and Records Management System
The University uses an electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) to store and manage documents and records relating to business functions. The EDRMS provides document and information management services, business process automation, and integration with existing systems.
The EDRMS has not rolled out across the full organisation, but it is available for sections and teams interested in working electronically or with less paper. Please note that you should have an approved retention schedule if you are using the EDRMS. RIMS will help you create this schedule.
