Start Date: Wednesday 26th June, 3pm
Duration: 8 Weeks, Weekly Classes

This eight week course will explore, through practice, the intersection of yoga and mindfulness to reduce stress. No previous yoga or mindfulness experience is necessary; yoga mats will be supplied. The course is free and open to current Postgraduate students at the University of Glasgow.
