Mindful Yoga Classes

The course will run from Wednesday 30th January through to Wednesday 20th March 2019.

Two sessions each week will run:

2pm - 3pm:  Undergraduate Students Only

3.30pm - 4.30pm:  Postgraduates Only.  


This eight week course will explore through practice the intersection of yoga and mindfulness to reduce stress.  No previous yoga or mindfulness experience is necessary; yoga mats will be supplied.   The courses are free and open to current students at the University of Glasgow.

There are 15 spaces on this course.  You cannot do the course in conjunction with either the "Mindfulness Stress Reduction".
