Administrative / Biographical History

Betty Rosemary Hudson, nee Symes, trained as an Occupational Therapist.  She qualified in 1944 and worked in Lancashire and the London area.
Between 1954 and 1965 she took a career break to care for her children.  She worked in Lanarkshire in 1965-67.
She was appointed an instructor at the Glasgow School of Occupational Therapy in 1967 and rose to become Principal.  She retired in 1991
