Healthcare for EU and EEA nationals living in Scotland in the event of “no deal”

We have received the following from the Policy Manager at the Directorate for Healthcare Quality & Improvement of the Scottish Government:

"The Scottish charging regulations as they stand will cover students for the duration of their studies and for one month after. This will continue post-Brexit whatever the outcome.  Web information is available on the gov.uk website which is being updated as things develop, please see links below;
