Monumental is a Glasgow Science Festival, Heritage Lottery Funded project that's shining a light on inspirational Women in STEM from past and present. Glasgow Science Festival presents an evening of talks and discussion to uncover these hidden gems. Hunterian Zoology curator, Maggie Reilly and University of Glasgow parasitologist, Dr Tansy Hammarton discuss Muriel Robertson. Hunterian Mineralogy curator, John Faithful and University of Glasgow Geochemist, Dr Jaime Toney, will talk about Maria Gordon and exploring their influence on current research.
