The Hunterian Zoology Museum is currently closed to the public for upgrades to collections access.

These upgrades will improve museum collections management and will allow better access for study and research. The stores on the ground floor of the Graham Kerr building will also be refitted and reconfigured.

The Zoology Museum is expected to re-open on 19 September 2011.

The Hunterian would like to thank Museums Galleries Scotland for a Recognition Capital Fund grant which funded the project.
