Disability Services
Our friendly Disability Services advisers are here to welcome you and give advice at the following locations around campus: Check-in Point, McIntyre Room 201
Quieter Hour
There will be a designated 'Quieter Hour' between 2pm and 3pm for visitors who prefer a less busy environment, to visit our academic and service stands. The amount of traffic and noise levels will be at a minimum during this time within our indoor venues.
Fore Hall will also be open all day (9am – 4pm) if you are looking for a quiet area away from the crowds.
Student Support Officers
Based across the four Colleges of the University, our team of Student Support Officers provide information, advice, and guidance in relation to our students' wellbeing and their studies. We look forward to meeting with you in the Concert Hall.

Top Tips for Open Day
- Have your mobile phone fully charged – you will need this for check-in and for viewing our handy Online Map to navigate around campus
- Wear a pair of comfy shoes and prepare for all types of weather - it is Scotland after all!
- Chat with our Staff and Student Helpers – You can identify them by their blue t-shirts and hoodies
- Research online before you arrive and prepare questions to ask our academics and service staff
- We recommend bringing a notepad and pen along to talk sessions – they are packed full of information!
