Online Careers Fair for Women in STEM - February 1st
Issued: Wed, 17 Jan 2018 13:01:00 GMT
Employers are interested in employing more women, from recent graduates to women early in their careers, to returners. They are searching for skills from across the STEM spectrum, from biomedical, chemical and pharmaceutical, to software engineering and hardware design, to civil, structural and electrical engineering.
Finding Ada is organising an online careers fair for women in STEM in the UK/EU on 1 February, 9am-5pm GMT. The fair is free to candidates, who will be able to speak to a range of employers such as ARM, the European Patent Office, Capgemini, Accenture, STEM Women, the Government Digital Service, American Express, and Unruly. The IET is also taking a booth to talk to engineers about ongoing professional development and professional certification. It is a great opportunity for women across the UK and EU to talk directly recruiters about jobs and career paths at companies that value diversity.
