We are currently holding a public consultation on the University of Glasgow's Gaelic Language Plan 2018-21 and would welcome responses from staff, students, vistors, stakeholders and any other interested parties. 

The Plan can be downloaded using the links to the right-hand side of this page in both Gaelic and English. 

We have prepared this Plan under the terms of the Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act 2005 and it is the University of Glasgow's second Gaelic Language Plan. 

We would be most grateful if you could complete the survey below before Monday 16 April.

GAELIC LANGUAGE COMMITTEE

The University's Gaelic Language Committee was established in 2011 to oversee the preparation and implementation of the University's first Gaelic Language Plan in collaboration with the Gaelic Development Manager. Committee members represent a wide-range of areas from across the University.
