The University continues to move up the QS World University Rankings, rising three places from 54 to 51. This is the University’s highest ranking in the survey with Glasgow one of only three Scottish universities in the top 100.

Principal, Professor Anton Muscatelli is delighted that the University’s progress in these rankings over recent years has continued. ‘While we should always be cautious about league tables, this is once again our best ever showing. The QS World Rankings are significant as they confirm the reputation of Glasgow as a world leading research intensive university. This is a very pleasing result for the University of Glasgow.’

•Glasgow is ranked highly in both UK and international league tables. The International Student Barometer 2013 Summer Wave ranked the University fourth for international student satisfaction and we consistently rank in the top 25 for a variety of UK university guides.
