Did you knit while you were at Glasgow?
Since 2010, Professor Lynn Abrams and Dr Marina Moskowitz have collaborated on knitted textile related projects including the recent introduction of University of Glasgow Cochno Wool. As part of this knitting research at the University of Glasgow we are collecting information and stories about knitting ‘in’ the University.
To all past and present students and staff, did you knit while you were at the University of Glasgow? Even if you are not a knitter, did you see other students or members of staff knit? If yes, would you consider sharing some of your memories and taking ten minutes to complete our online questionnaire. We would love to hear your stories from any time period and whether as a knitter in the University, or as someone who saw knitting in the University.
