This event builds on the Declaration resulting from the Hausfeld-BIICL conference on climate litigation: 'Our Future in the Balance: The Role of Courts and Tribunals in Meeting the Climate Crisis’.
It will feature a keynote address by Mary Robinson and Vanessa Nakate and two panel discussions, focussing on the Declaration and broader issues related to the role of courts, legislators and private market actors in addressing the climate crisis. We are excited to have a number of high-profile voices with a professional, academic and regulatory background.
