We all have a role to play in providing a safe environment where people feel supported, but how do you do this in practice?

This session will introduce you to some elements of mental health and neurodivergence and how these might manifest in the classroom. We’ll help you to examine current practice in your classes and how you might adapt your learning and teaching practice to support these students.

You will leave the session with practical examples of how to create spaces that should leave students feeling safe and supported.

Speakers: Dr El Spaeth, Dr Margaret Sutherland

This session is open to staff of the University of Glasgow. For the avoidance of doubt as to eligibility, it would be helpful if you could please register using your staff email address.
