This event highlights teachers’ ongoing commitment to professional learning and includes probationary teachers as well as those undertaking further studies at Masters Level and those who have completed the Introduction to School Leadership, Into Headship and Excellence in Headship programmes at the University of Glasgow in Dumfries during its 20th anniversary celebration year.
Following sessions in the morning and early afternoon the attendees will take part in a celebratory ceremony at the Crichton Church where Ken Muir, Chief Executive Officer of the General Teaching Council for Scotland will give the key note speech.
