For RET Senior Fellowship applicants must address Descriptor 3, criterion vii: Successful co-ordination, support, supervision, management and/or mentoring of others (whether individuals and/or teams) in relation to teaching and learning.   This workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on and make explicit their approach to coordinating, supporting, supervising, managing and/or mentoring colleagues, whether in formal or informal relationships.  The workshop will help you begin to consider how this aspect of your practice can be demonstrated in your Senior Fellowship application, whether in a written submission or in professional dialogue. Specific guidance on preparation for the professional dialogue will be included.

This session is only available to Uof G staff participating in the RET framework. If you are interested in taking part in RET, please sign up for an introductory workshop.

Tea and coffee will be available.
