Ganesh Radhakrishna ‌I am currently a clinical Oncologists in the Christie Hospital NHS trust with an interest in upper GI and HPB cancers. I have an interest in technical radiotherapy, specifically Image Guided radiotherapy and have been involved in the technical radiotherapy elements of the NeoSCOPE, SCOPE 2 trials in oesophageal cancer and SCALOP 2 and SPARC trials in pancreatic cancer. I have also been involved in the implementation and delivery of Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy in the Christie Hospital and previously at the Leeds Cancer Centre for HPB sites.

Currently, I am leading the local development of the technical details for Proton Beam treatment in GI cancers at the Christie Hospital and am involved in national groups looking at developing clinical indications and trials for PBT in the UK.

My other interest is in clinical education and I am currently involved in the RCR faculty of clinical oncology Professional standards sub committee. I am a tutor for the Postgraduate clinical educational certificate for the Leeds Institute of Medical Education and I am supporting the development of a distance learning postgraduate Clinical Education Cert collaboration between the University of Dundee and the RCR.
