Programme and course approval

Please read the College specific guidance on the preparation of programme and course documentation for Board of Studies. This information was presented to School Learning & Teaching Conveners and support staff  in October 2011. Further queries can be directed to Pat Duncan, Head of Academic and Student Administration or to Lisa Kavanagh, Clerk to the Board of Studies. Each School's Learning & Teaching¬†Convener will present the final documentation to the Board of Studies.

For new postgraduate taught (PGT) Masters, it is mandatory that the Board of Studies receives a completed PGT costing model for each new programme. Guidance on the completion of the model will be supported by the College Finance Team. Please email David Rhodes.

Contact the College's Recruitment and Conversion Marketing Officer, Katherine Henderson to arrange for the new programme to be added to the University website and for marketing support. You should commence this marketing process whilst your new programme is undergoing approval.
