Could your research benefit from collaboration with a computing scientist?  If so, Compumatch may be something to consider. This new scheme helps academics find collaborators working on theoretical aspects of computer science.  Areas of expertise include:
•    optimisation,
•    modelling,
•    data analysis

In addition, Compumatch are holding monthly lunchtime drop-in sessions where you can have an informal chat with a member of the team. The next one is planned for Friday 25th January between 12:30 – 2:00, Sir Alwyn Williams Building room 422 with a light buffet lunch provided.
