Office for Rare Conditions established in Glasgow

These children and their families, as well as the experts who Office of Rare Conditions Glasgowlook after them, have several common needs and the Office for Rare Conditions (ORC), launched in January 2017, aims to address these areas. Based at the Royal Hospital for Children and the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Campus and funded through the Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, the ORC aims to work together with healthcare professionals across Glasgow to raise awareness of rare conditions, enhance the quality of care provided and promote participation in multi-centre research. Follow the ORC on Facebook or Twitter.
