Imaging as a tool for therapeutic discovery and clinical development

This event aims to bring together experts in the field of imaging and scientists involved in therapeutic development to explore the potential applications of imaging technologies/techniques to support development of new therapies. It will facilitate discussion around potential applications for imaging for therapy development to aid decisions to select potential candidates and to increase understanding of the mechanisms of action of potential candidates.

The workshop will:

Ensure that stakeholders group are aware of what the Imaging Centre of Excellence can offer.
•Identify potential applications/opportunities for the use of imaging technologies in clinical therapeutic development
•Support the community to develop actions in order to share information, opportunities and work more effectively
•Enable industry discussions with NHS / Academic staff to find opportunities for projects/collaboration.
