A number of intercalating programmes in Biology are offered to Medical, Dental and Veterinary students.
Most students choose to take a one-year intercalating programme after the third year of their professional curriculum. This leads to the award of BSc (MedSci), BSc (DentSci) or BSc (VetSci), as appropriate.
A few students choose to take a two-year intercalating programme, which allows for more in-depth study. This leads to the award of BSc (Honours).
