Viva Voce and resubmission

You will be notified of the date, time and location of your viva voce by the exam convener.

Following the oral examination, the convener and examiners will sign a joint report form that will inform you of the outcome of the examination.

They will provide a list of corrections specifying the requirements and stating the timescale allowed.

You will receive a letter post viva from the Graduate School, confirming your next steps.

Please refer to section 9 of the Postgraduate Research Student Handbook (PDF) for guidelines on the Viva Voce (oral) examination corrections specifying the requirements and stating the timescale allowed.
