During the first week of term there will be induction sessions for all programmes listed under the 4 Schools: School of Critical Studies, School of Culture and Creative Arts, School of Humanities, and School of Modern Languages and Cultures. It is important to try and attend these inductions.

Programme Induction

What will it cover: This is your first chance to meet the course convenor and your future classmates. The induction will look at the structure and expectations of the course. We will cover the core courses, option courses, timetable, reading lists, the virtual online learning environment and hopefully answer any other questions you may have about the course.

What will it cover: This is your first chance to meet your fellow MLitt students, as well as academics teaching on the programme. The induction will cover the structure and expectations of the programme, core courses, optional courses, timetable and other practical matters.  

Attendance: This is for all students registered for the MLitt in Comparative Literature.  

Preparation required: Please have started registration. You do not have to have completed academic registration at this stage as we will discuss the Core and Optional choices available.
