December '06 - Amongst the concerts planned for Eastern Europe will be Zagreb at Pauk on February 2nd 2007. This leg of the tour will also include dates in Turkey and Greece.
The Laibach Focus exhibition will run from 9th until 23rd December 2006 at the Stichting Kunstapssage / Ministry of Finance in The Hague, Holland. It features photographs of the Laibach through the years by a number of Slovenian photographers including Vojko Flegar, Antonio Zivkovic, Bojan Salaj, Joze Suhadolnik and Jane Stravs.

A new embassy of the NSK State - " NSK.IS: A STATE OF MIND", will open 22.3.07 in Reykjavik, Iceland.
It opens with an exhibition that deals with the social schizophrenia of modern society - the distortions of reality, disturbances of thought and omission of truth.
The exhibition is entitled "Homo Consumus", the artwork by Homo Consumus, a representative for the NSK State in Reykjavik, Iceland.
At the opening ceremony the ideas, background, various departments and embassies of NSK will be introduced.
The work and history of Neue Slowenische Kunst are a mirror reflecting the history of Europe in the 20th century.
The embassy´s opening will be honoured by a special performance delivered by Peter Mlakar, the representative for the philosophical branch of NSK (Hagnýta, Hreina Heimspekideildin - The Department of Pure and Practical Philosophy) and his visual assistant Ervin Markosek, a collaborator in the musical department of NSK (Laibach, who visited Reykjavik 22.3.06, and a graphic designer for the NSK-State.

October '06 - Unfortunately the Volk premiere concerts have been cancelled due to illness in the live ensemble. The concerts will be re-organised for the Spring of next year. Meanwhile the traditional Laibach party launching the new album will go ahead at the Kum mountain near Trbovlje on the 27th October at 20:00.

August '06 - New single 'Anglia' is lined up for release on 9th October launching the new album. Anglia is inspired by John Bull's 'God Save the Queen' and is part of the album's theme on interpretations of national anthems, which also includes the anthem for NSK. The album will come in a limited edition hardback book format with watercolour artwork by Laibach as well as full sleeve notes explaining each track.
Laibach will soon announce UK dates for later in the year, there will also be European dates in the tour.
New album 'Volk' is expected on October 23rd, the tour will follow starting around the end of November with a number of dates already confirmed.

July '06 - The next Laibach DVD "Divided States of America" is scheduled for release in September 15th. Update - Release date moved to November 13th.
Laibach will make a major appearance at the 'Return of the Repressive' event in Birmingham this September. The 3-day weekend event will take place at the Custard Factory in the heart of the city; opening on Friday September 1st. Laibach will return to it's industrial roots with a live performance titled "Concerto for magnetophone, gramophone, radiophone and megaphone". Centrepiece to the event will be the first ever British Laibach Kunst exhibition "Instrumentality of the State Machine". The event will also include the British premiere of "Divided States of America", an industrial seminar with guest speakers including Alexei Monroe and there be will performances by other industrial DJ’s and live acts.

The finishing touches to Laibach's new album are underway and it's on schedule to be released in the autumn, possibly October. It involves the heavy collaboration of Silence who is currently one of Slovenia's biggest music groups, they also appear on the recent compilation Trans Slovenia Express Vol 2. The new Laibach album has been mixed in London with P-Dub who has also worked for the likes of Goldfrapp and Madonna.

The new 300,000VK CD is called Titan and is released by Nika Records.
The European edition of Interrogation Machine by Alexei Monroe is now available, though will probably reach the shops by November 19th.
A couple of dates have been lined up for December. Brno, Czech Republic at Semilasso on Dec 1st. Wroclaw, Poland at WFF(Wytwórnia Filmów Fabularnych) on Dec 2nd.
The next DVD is expected to be the US road movie, which was filmed during the Anthems tour last year. The DVD should also feature the live performance in Paris last December.

May '05 - Laibach will feature in the new Slovene compilation celebrating the work of Kraftwerk. Trans Slovenia Express 2 as in the previous compilation will feature cover versions of Kraftwerk songs by bands from the current music scene in Slovenia. Also appearing will be Siddharta and iTurk. Laibach's track will be Bruderschaft and is due for release in July 25th by Mute Records. A 12" single will be released prior to the album on July 18th with four tracks including Laibach's.
More additions to the Laibach tour and summer festival appearances. 7th of July, EXIT festival in Novi Sad (Serbia and Montenegro) and 26th of August, Helsinki (Finland).
April '05 - Laibach have lined up some festival appearances for the summer. Announced so far: Rock Otocec in Slovenia on July 8th and The Dour Festival in Belgium on July 15th.
A third date has been added to Croatia - Rijeka Hartera Factory on the 6th of May, meanwhile the concert in Split Fortress Gripe has been brought forward to the 5th of May. Update - The concert in Split has been postponed. A new date will be arranged soon. Earlier Neuchatel, Case a Chocs in Switzerland 15th May was added to the tour and the venue for Bern has changed to Reitschule.
Interrogation Machine - Laibach and NSK by Dr. Alexei Monroe will be published on July 31st 2005. The book is an updated English language version of the best-selling Slovene book "Pluralni monolit - Laibach in NSK" (Maska in 2003), supplemented with additional material, colour illustrations and a foreword by Slavoj Zizek.

October '04 - Mute Records have re-launched their web site and is now looking very stylish and dynamic. Laibach have their own section within, which also includes a forum.
Laibach have organised a concert in Slovenia on October 31st, taking place in Celje at the Dance Forum. The concert will launch the programme for the upcoming North American and European tour.

Laibach Anthems will be released on September 27th along with a DVD featuring a collection of their promotional videos; this will also include the WAT Electronic Press Kit as bonus material. September 13th is the release date for the single 'Das Spiel Ist Aus.'
A number of other DVDs are lined up for release to form part of a box collection. The first due for release on October 25th 2004 is the re-release of the former videos 'A Film from Slovenia' (aka 'Bravo') and 'NATO Occupied Europe tour.'
Laibach's Best Of album will be titled 'Laibach Anthems' and is scheduled for release around the end of September. Alongside Laibach's main highlights the double CD will also feature many rare and unreleased tracks including a new cover version (Laibach's version of the notorious Euro hit "Mama Leone"). Laibach are due to appear at the "BORN TO BE WILD" festival in Slovenia on 1st of May. This is a massive outdoor festival at Lake Farovec near Slovenska Bistrica. More information at the Born To Be Wild web site.
