Webchat information for teachers

We are delighted to offer school groups the opportunity to take part in a series of live webchats with admissions officers, current students and academic staff. Webchats will focus on a number of key areas for senior pupils and careers advisers such as the UCAS application process, student life at Glasgow as well as course options.

How to get started

If you would like your class to take part in one of our webchats, you will first need to register. It is advisable that you plan to do this a week or two in advance of your chosen webchat as each pupil will need to register individually. The process is very straight-forward though, and once an account is created, pupils will be able to login and take part in any upcoming chats we are offering. You can register for our webchats here.

Once you have your group registered please email us at student.recruitment@glasgow.ac.uk with a rough idea of a) what time you plan to login b) roughly how many pupils plan to login and c) the name of your school. This will assist us in making sure we provide an appropriate level of staffing for each webchat. This is particularly important if you are registering for one of our full day UCAS webchats.
