Presentations for schools

We offer an extensive range of presentations and workshop activities for senior pupils considering higher education. Popular topics include:

• Study in Scotland - introduces the Scottish higher education system and the University of Glasgow
• The UCAS application process - outlines the UCAS application process and provides tips for students (also available as an interactive workshop)
• Choosing a course - encourages early research into degree level course options
• The transition from school to university - information on the difference in teaching styles such as lectures and tutorials and how to get the most out of life at university.
  University of Glasgow - introduces our beautiful campus and flexible range of over 700 degree options
• Subject specific talks - popular areas include science, engineering, education, nursing, medicine and theatre studies. We are happy to tailor any talk to meet your requirements.

We can also arrange for one of our Student Ambassadors to visit your school/college and give a talk on student life.
