Student Services Enquiry Team

The Student Services Enquiry Team is located on level 2 of the Fraser Building. The Current Students section of the University is full of useful information, and as you walk along level 2 towards the enquiry desk there are leaflets and forms that you can help yourself to. Be sure to keep an eye out for the AV screens displaying up to the minute information about events, service and the University as a whole.

If you need to speak to a member of staff in person the Student Services Enquiry Team are on hand and happy to help with various enquiries, including;

• Council tax
• Student ID cards
• Careers Adviser appointments
• International Adviser appointments
• Tuition fees
• Sport & Recreation membership

We also have a variety of forms and leaflets available. There is also a post box for you to use for a quick drop off! It can be used whenever the building is open, regardless of whether the desk is open or not.

The Student Services Enquiry Team will be happy to act as the first point of contact for all Student Services within the University.

Adviser Appointments

The Student Services Enquiry Team can arrange appointments with Careers Advisers, International Advisers and ERASMUS/Study Aboard Advisers. These appointments will normally take place in the glass interview rooms on level 2 of the Fraser Building. Each room has the image of a different person important to The University's history. If you have arranged an appointment please wait in the area beside the interview rooms at your allotted time and the adviser you are scheduled to see will come and meet you.
