This group will ambush the PCs at some point in the scenario after the attack on the heroes' base but before the final assault on Dr. Demoniak's HQ. Morgan's gang are based in a well defended mansion on the Ivory Coast. There are agents, robots and concealed computer-controlled blasters. The team have several vehicles including a flying craft. This is a lawless country and the locals don’t ask questions.
The gang are:
Morgan is a psycopathic killer who works for Dr. Demoniak as an assassin. He loves to kill and his greatest pleasure is to kill superheroes. An utterly ruthless and evil man, he will not think for a second about using torture or committing other atrocities if it will further his ends. His powers are a result of an initial mutation combined with further genetic modification by Dr. Demoniak. He feels some loyalty to the doctor for this but not much.
Appearance: Morgan is a tall well-built man. His costume is black and covers his whole body except for his face. It is actually shapeshifted skin.
Combat: Morgan prefers to ambush using his stealth abilities (invisible or disguised as a plant or animal). He will usually attack with gas first. Alternatively he can disguise himself as a friend (also a common tactic).
Powers:

Skirmish Girl’s real name is Skir-Mish. She is a super powered Valtarian warrior who came to Earth seeking challenging opponents during a period of relative peace for the Valtarian Empire. She liked it and decided to stay. Unlike most Valtarians, Skirmish Girl is not particularly honourable. However she does like a good challenging fight.
Appearance: Wears polished metal body armour, which looks a bit like Greek hoplite armour.

Madax is a large, fearsome looking man armed with an axe. He’s not bothered where his power comes from, he’s always been strong. Dr. Demoniak has provided him with an electroaxe, which is good, but he’d be happy enough fighting without it. Madax loves to fight.

Before Napoleon Ogilvy was born, his dad wanted him to be a great soccer player. However the genetic disorder of dwarfism he suffered from made this and many other things impossible. Embittered and frustrated by his physical condition, Napoleon travelled the world seeking power. In the Far East he learned the art of mental domination from an Indian sage and became the supervillain, Little Napoleon.
Appearance: Little Napoleon is a dwarf wearing military uniform similar to that Napoleon may have worn.
Powers:
Quote: "I give the orders now."
Dread Knight was a particularly unpleasant medieval knight who was given enchanted weapons by Morgana Le Fay. Through circumstances which are not entirely clear he has found himself in the modern age. He has acclimatised quite well however and swiftly returned to killing, raping and looting. Dread Knight speaks comic book medieval English, with ‘thees’ and ‘thous’. He sees technology as magic, superheroes as knights and so on.

Airburst was a mercenary who stumbled upon an ancient ruined temple in the mountains while cut off from his unit. Inside he found the silver headband which, when he touched it, flooded his brain with weird images of an ancient people and the power they had. Power, which was contained in this circlet. "Cool", thought the mercenary, once he had recovered. "I’ll go on being a mercenary except with superpowers."
Usually, Airburst is very practical. He also has strong macho attitudes.
Airburst wears a suit of body armour. It is silver with an explosion stencilled on the chest. He carries an energy rifle.
