Present were:
- Ewan Lamont, Treasurer
- Steven Hanlon, Secretary
- Al McGowan, Roleplaying Convenor
- Sunain Rai, Non-roleplaying Convenor
- Jamie Thom, Nationals Convenor
The Committee met Very Briefly, discussing the following:
We would not have the GUU Dining Room for the Nationals, as it would be prohibitively expensive. It was decided, however, that wargaming would fit into Qudos easily, especially if the area behind the railings was used for trade stalls.
Two of the GUU Committee Rooms would be available, free of charge.Ewan passed the Society Pay-In Book to Steven to look after during his holiday.
Jamie would be making the final University Room Booking on Friday. He would endeavour to get more rooms in the Adam Smith Building.
Jamie would attend to Badges for the Nationals.
A Scoring System was agreed on - 5/3/1 for 1/2/3 place. On the back of this it was pointed out that all the players in the Necromunda category are from the same University!
The Nationals Programme content was decided:
- Timetable
- Maps
- Social Events
- Sponsors ads
- Welcome and history of the Nationals
- Note on Gugs 10th Birthday
Rooms were allocated to GMs in a fair manner.
Jamie expressed his intention to write to Static, ManaVault and the book shop formerly known as Dillons regarding trade stalls in the next week.
The committee concluded the meeting by considering briefly the Future of the Nationals and the Society. Jamie is compiling a document entitled "What we done to run the Nationals" to give to this year's winners. The committee agreed to make an attempt to actively recruit successors.
