Reporting
Users can run reports on data in MyCampus by 2 different means:
1) PS Query – which allows users to run pre-defined reports and queries within Mycampus.
2) BI Query – which allows users to analyse and report on data held in ‘models’ and extracted from MyCampus using the BI Query tool
The BIQuery model does not provide canned queries. The model’s function is to provide a facility to generate ad-hoc queries.
Canned queries are provided directly in Campus through PSQuery.
The table below details canned queries available in MyCampus. To run these, please visit Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.
Queries will now be sorted into folders. After searching for queries beginning with “UOG_”, a drop-down box will appear allowing you to filter by folder.
This list will continue to be updated as new queries become available. Queries in MyCampus that do not appear on this list are still being reviewed and may be deleted if appropriate. Requests for new queries should be made using the 'Report Request Form' in this section. Report Request Form
