Degree Upload - PGR, PGT, UG

Introduction to uploading degree information and publishing the results in MyCampus.

On-course Management

Setting class enrolment controls, enrolling students and absence and attendance.

Grade Roster 

Adding final course grades are added to students' MyCampus record.

Managing Research Students

Introduction to aspects of MyCampus relevant to the research student lifecycle.  Some key topics functions are:

Amend PGR Start and End Dates; Complete Milestones; Record Examiner Information; Change Thesis Titles; Add/Amend Supervisors information; Change Loads; Process Leave of Absence and Extensions to submission dates and
Record Ethical Approvals.

Enrolment Requirement Groups

Creating Enrolment Requirement Groups.

Financial Aid Awarding

Overview of key functions within Financial Aid Awarding, including Prizes and problem solving.

Adviser

Overview of the key advising tasks: Advisement Report, removing service indicators, dealing with progression, changing the program or plan and quick enrol.

Chief Adviser

Designed for staff who fulfill the role of Chief Advisers in MyCampus.

Plan Building

Academic Advisement in MyCampus - building a plan; starting with a programme specification, creating Course Lists, Requirements and Requirement Groups and finishing with an accurate Advisement Report.

 Plan Building Workshop

This is not a formal training session, but is intended to enable Plan Builders to work on Rule Building with on-hand support.

At present there are no courses scheduled for CRM.  As the functionality is introduced training courses will be advertised.

Direct Admissions - Student Mobility (Erasmus, Study Abroad,Exchange In) for Student Mobility Co-coordinators

Overview of procedures for reviewing applications for ERASMUS, Study Abroad and Exchange In applicants. It will include reviewing applications, sending to others for review and forwarding decisions on suitability for admission.  The training is intended for those who have been nominated as either Study Abroad or Erasmus Co-ordinators and is those attending must have been nominated by RIO.

MyCampus Support (2.5 hours)

This workshop provides staff with an overview of the support model, and enables participants to develop the skills required to respond to and manage resolve support requests related to MyCampus using SupportWorks software.

 MyCampus Support Refresher (lunchtime)

Please note that there are no sessions offered at present as the course is under review.

This is not a formal training session, but is intended to assist current Supportworks Analysts with any specific questions relating to its use when processing MyCampus support requests.
