Student Admissions
Direct Admissions - Student Mobility (Erasmus, Study Abroad,Exchange In) for Student Mobility Co-coordinators

Overview of procedures for reviewing applications for ERASMUS, Study Abroad and Exchange In applicants. It will include reviewing applications, sending to others for review and forwarding decisions on suitability for admission.  The training is intended for those who have been nominated as either Study Abroad or Erasmus Co-ordinators and is those attending must have been nominated by RIO.

MyCampus Support
MyCampus Support (2.5 hours)

This workshop provides staff with an overview of the support model, and enables participants to develop the skills required to respond to and manage resolve support requests related to MyCampus using SupportWorks software.

This is not a formal training session, but is intended to assist current Supportworks Analysts with any specific questions relating to its use when processing MyCampus support requests.
