Record Ethical Approvals.

Includes training on administrative data which needs to be entered for Plans and Courses following PIP approval, creation of Enrolment Requirement Groups and creation of teaching Components.

Plan Building

Academic Advisement in MyCampus - building a plan; starting with a programme specification, creating Course Lists, Requirements and Requirement Groups and finishing with an accurate Advisement Report.

This is not a formal training session, but is intended to enable Plan Builders to work on Rule Building with on-hand support.

Constituent Relationship Management (CRM)

At present there are no courses scheduled for CRM.  As the functionality is introduced training courses will be advertised.

Student Admissions
Direct Admissions - Mobility (Erasmus, Study Abroad,Exchange In)

Overview of Direct Admissions; procedures for ERASMUS, Study Abroad and Exchange In. It will include reviewing applications, sending to others for review and making offers and rejections. The training is intended for those who currently have update (not browse only) access to existing admissions systems and is arranged by invite only.

Support Team
Support Team Training (2.5 hours)

Aimed at those who will be part of the College Support Teams over the summer period. Provides an overview of the support model and helps develop the skills required to respond to and resolve support requests related to MyCampus. The workshop will include training on Supportworks.
