Direct Admissions - Mobility (Erasmus, Study Abroad,Exchange In)Overview of Direct Admissions; procedures for ERASMUS, Study Abroad and Exchange In. It will include reviewing applications, sending to others for review and making offers and rejections. The training is intended for those who currently have update (not browse only) access to existing admissions systems and is arranged by invite only. |

Support Team Training (2.5 hours)Aimed at those who will be part of the College Support Teams over the summer period. Provides an overview of the support model and helps develop the skills required to respond to and resolve support requests related to MyCampus. The workshop will include training on Supportworks. |
