Access to training facilities

Location of training facilities

The Staff Development Service is located on the 6th Floor of the Gilbert Scott Building (south front).  The lift or stairs just in to the left from the A10 entrance shown on the campus map (see link on right hand side of page), will take you to the 6th floor and the Hewden Stuart training rooms.

Wheelchair access

Wheelchair access between the lift and the training rooms is available via a wheelchair lift.  If you need to use this facility, please advise in advance so we can ensure there are staff available to operate the lift.

Hearing impaired access

We have an induction loop system available, in one of our training rooms, for persons wearing hearing aids.  If you require the facility, please advise in advance.

Other Information

Tea/coffee and water are available in the training rooms free of charge.
