Important

You must be a current member of Sport & Recreation to access the online system. Current student members may renew their membership online. All new members must visit our facilities to join.

All members have access to Sport Online:

• staff and students - use your GUID to login
• all other membership categories - register and use your assigned password and email address

Bookings available online:

• Squash
• Badminton
• Raquet Ball
• Table Tennis
• Basketball
• 5-aside football (Stevenson)

Currently it is not possible to make block bookings online.

All courses are available online

All online bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Payment may be made with all major UK credit and debit cards.

Please note if you cannot access Sport Online we probably do not have your email address on file. Please contact us for your record to be updated.

How to I login to Sport online?

Sport Online is for members of Sport and Recreation. Student or staff members of the University of Glasgow must have a GUID. If you do not know your GUID contact the IT Helpdesk on 0141 330 4800. Other sport and recreation members may sign up for access using the Registered Users without Password. Your User Number is printed on your Sport & Recreation ID card.

I know my GUID but I still cannot access Sport Online.

It is possible we do not have your email address on file and this is preventing your access. Call us on 0141 330 5363 or email us at sport@glasgow.ac.uk to have this resolved.

I've logged in and see a screen with 2 records for myself asking me to choose one, why?

What bookings can I make online?

You can book most activities in the Stevenson building, enrol in courses and renew your membership (students).

How many bookings can I make online?

You can make up to 3 bookings at a time online.

Do I need to pay online for my bookings or can I pay later?

You must pay online for your bookings. This is done with our e-payment system which is safe and secure. We do not store your credit/debit card details.

Can I make block bookings online?

Unfortunately no, but we are working with the vendor to offer this in the future.

Can I sign up for a course online?

Yes.

Can I change/cancel/refund a booking online?

No, you need to contact or visit Reception to have a booking changed, cancelled or refunded. Normal cancellation rules apply.
