We offer a range of activities and services all year round to keep you fit and healthy. Our exercise classes are free, cater for all levels of ability and you can come along anytime they are offered. Courses are structured beginner level activities to learn a skill and drop-ins are free to improve your ability and meet others who play the same sport.

Introduction to the Gym
An excellent introduction for beginners - experience a compact way of achieving a full body workout. You will learn the fundamental techniques on a range of cardiovascular machines (treadmill, exercise bike, cross-trainer) and a selection of fixed resistance machines to kick start you into a full body toning gym session.
Intermediate/Advanced
Do you need a new challenge? Are you achieving the results you want? Brush up on technique, Learn new training methods (push/pull, split, pyramids, super-sets etc)
The session will use a mixture of Dumbbells, Barbells, Cables, Squat Rack, Power Rack, Platform, BOSU & Stability balls to achieve the results you are looking for.
Please note that our induction service does not provide you with a personalised training programme. If you wish this service you will need to book a personal training session.
Exercise classes are free to members and offered on a drop-in basis. All skill levels are encouraged to come along to the class that best suits them. Classes are offered daily at both the Stevenson building and Garscube Sports Complex.

Please note that once enrolled, we do not offer refunds for courses that have begun as we must source and pay for the very best instructors in the area to teach the activities.
The potential to realise your fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.
Whether you want to lose weight, change your body shape or prepare for a specific sport or event, your trainer will guide you every step of the way. Each 1-2-1 sessions lasts 60 minute and is tailor made to ensure that you maximise your potential whilst enjoying yourself and having fun as you exercise.
Your Personal Trainer works with you throughout each session, improving your techniques, recording your progress and developing and enhancing your training programme. They provide the key motivation and encouragement during the hard times and give you the confidence to succeed as you achieve your predetermined goals.
Personal Training is available, to all our members, at both the Stevenson building and Garscube Sports Complex at an exclusive rate of £20 per 1 hour session.
